Registration
Registration for Alimenta Summit’26 provides access to the scientific programme, plenary sessions, communications, posters, projects, networking moments, and activities integrated into the summit.
Participation is open to students, researchers, lecturers, professionals, institutional representatives, territorial agents, communities, and all those interested in contributing to the development of healthier, more sustainable, and culturally meaningful food systems. Registration will be available in different categories, according to the participant profile.
Gastronomic Experience
The Gastronomic Experience is a complementary activity within the summit programme and requires separate registration. This experience proposes a moment of encounter, sharing, and sensory reflection around food, territory, gastronomic culture, and the central themes of Alimenta Summit’26.
What is included in the registration
Registration for Alimenta Summit’26 includes:
– Access to all summit sessions;
– Coffee breaks;
– Lunches;
– Certificate of participation;
– Book of abstracts;
– Networking moments.
Participation in the Gastronomic Experience may be subject to separate registration and an additional fee.

Registration will be organised into three periods:
Early Bird until 15 August
Regular Registration until 15 September
Late Registration until 15 October

Note for Authors: In order for an accepted communication, project, or poster to be included in the official programme, at least one of the authors must complete the registration within the deadline indicated by the organisation. Students must submit proof of student status at the time of registration.
